Shipping Policy
Maison Amani ships to all USA territory. Shipping will be included to the total before checkout. The fees are computed by weight of purchase and distance of shipping. Maison Amani is located in San Diego, CA. All fees will be calculated from original location to delivery address. Maison Amani is not responsible for any broken product due to shipping malfunctions.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Any purchase is a binding contract once accepted and authorized. Returns will only be accepted for credit and only if there is a manufacturer's defect/error in construction, size, or color. All claims on defective item, returns must be made within (5) days after receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization of our company and an RA#. An RA number must be issued to purchaser by Maison Amani to accept any goods. RA's will be issued only within (5) days from receipt of merchandise. Buyer assumes all shipping costs. RA number must be placed on the outside of the package or it will be refused. IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE, PARTIES WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA REGARDLESS OF THEIR RESIDENCE, AND THE PREVAILING PARTY SHALL BE ENTITLED TO COLLECT FROM THE OTHER PARTY ALL OF ITS LEGAL COSTS AND EXPENSES INCURRED THEREWITH, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES.
